Mitchell Gunter, P.E., is the owner of RiverRock Engineering, LLC. He graduated from Clemson University in 2017 with a degree in Civil Engineering and provides site-civil land development services across multiple states. Mitchell is a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina, Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. He has experience in commercial, residential, parks and recreation, water/wastewater, K-12, and institutional projects. His expertise includes site design, grading and drainage, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management, construction plans, and permitting.
Mitchell is a native of the South Carolina Upstate and lives in the Greenville, SC area. He has a passion for development that brings value to communities through quality designs. Outside of work, Mitchell serves as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve.
Jonathan Davis, Engineer in Training, RiverRock Engineering, LLC, graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has since worked to provide professional Site-Civil Land Development services across the southeastern United States and the country as a whole. He has extensive experience in commercial development and specializes in site design, grading and drainage, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management, construction plans, landscape planning, and permitting.
Jonathan is a native of the South Carolina Lowcountry, and has resided in the Greenville, SC area since 2020. Outside of work, Jonathan serves as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve and serves at his local church as a mentor for students.

RiverRock Engineering collaborated with G1.6 Architects to design and deliver a strategic expansion of Takeuchi's existing facility in Moore, South Carolina. The project focused on increasing the truck dock capacity to better support the company's growing operational needs. The expanded dock area improves the facility's logistics workflow, allowing for more efficient loading and unloading operations, reduced turnaround times, and increased shipment volume.
